Basic program:
-  Added the new Custom View display system.
-  Added the new Fog and Inversion dissipation temperatures.
-  Added Theta-e/ice parameter to Listings output.
-  Significantly improved font adjustment options.
-  Added option to save soundings in the older RAOB 5x series RAW format.
-  Added an advanced PBL/Mixing-Height detection and analysis system.
-  Added option to automatically merge BUFKIT's SREF Members into composite hourly soundings.
-  Expanded the Password options to limit access to various program configuration options.
-  Expanded file management configurations to also control the Working files path.
-  The sounding's mini-Hodograph has new option to plot each KM along hodograph's path.

Analytic module:
-  Added BWD-6km and EBWD (Effective Bulk Wind Shear) to the CSV export options.
-  Added file "search pattern" options for the Batch & Timer's automated merging of 2 soundings into 1 composite sounding.
-  Added a Batch & Timer option to allow RAOB to "close" or "remain active" after a Batch/DOS command.
-  Added the new RPM (Raob Parameter Metric) index: a single-value indicator of total severe weather potential.

Export (new) module:
-  Includes options for the old Classic Mode and the new Advanced mode.
    --  The Advanced export mode has options to export in either Text, CSV, or TSV format.
    --  User can specify sequence, units, mode, decimal precision, and edit column labels.
    --  The Individual Parameters tab can export over 200 sounding elements.
    --  The Layer Data tab can export up to 5 sets of layer data sets.  
 -  Added 'Wind Direction' export options for the 12 standard pressure levels.

Fronts & Forecast module:
-  Automatically forecasts the Maximum Surface Temperature and adjusts the sounding profile, with configuration options. 

Hodograph / Interactive module:
-  Added the new Storm Table tab to the Listings menu options.

Soundingram module:
-  Added the new Precip.Water, RHw(water) and RHi(ice) toolbar analyses buttons.

Vertical Cross-Section modules:
-  Added RHw (water) and RHi (ice) analyses options.
-  Added Potential Instability analyses options (gradients of Theta-e).
-  Added Theta-e/ice and Mixing-Height (PBL) analyses options.
-  Added new Meteogram options: Fog DisTmp, Fog FSI, Fog Threat, and Inv DisTmp.
-  Added new Meteogram option to apply a smooth filtering function.

Special Data Decoders module:
-  Added the Vaisala-RS92 decoder for English & Metric units files.
-  Added the iMet/SLW decoder for supercooled liquid water data.
-  Added the Komoline decoder for their GPS: KTMS-3630 generated sounding (.CSV) files.

Sodar/Lidar Decoder module:
-  Added the new Leosphere (lidar) decoder for .STA (10 min avg.) UVW data files.
-  Added the new Leosphere (lidar) decoder for the .STD (real-time) UVW data files.
-  Added the new Leosphere (lidar) decoder for the VAD (real-time) UVW data files.
